What do you mean by test score, progress, ranking, and compliance score?
Test Score: a measure of their knowledge of the material
Progress: the percentage into the program, calculated by dividing the number of answers by total number of questions available.
Ranking: comparison of results of individuals who may be at very different levels of completion, some just starting, some almost done. It takes into account how many questions have been answered, how many are available, as well as how many are answered correctly the first time.
Compliance Score: where does one stand vs. answering all questions correctly which they will eventually achieve.

I need to access CADE Training. How/where do I get access?

How do I start watching a course?
Just click on the picture or the description/link of the course you would like to watch, and it should launch automatically.
The course is slow, or the video takes too long to load
We are doing all we can to optimize the size of the videos/job-aids so that they will load rapidly. Unfortunately we have no control over your internet connection. Be patient!
How much does CADE Training cost?
There is a one-time registration fee of $150 per provider, plus $125 per year for anyone taking online courses or for additional Administrators. The $125 is a flat annual fee regardless of how many courses one takes.
Who should be our CADE Administrator?
The CADE Admin is typically the person responsible for training your employees, and for ensuring that they maintain their certifications or licenses on time.
We have multiple offices; do I register them all or can I track all of my employees under one office location?
You should register each location to which employees report. That way you can generate compliance reports by office location, or region, or state etc.
My Company is already registered with CADE; how do I add new employees to CADE?
Log on to CADE as an Administrator, click on the Administrator tab.
If you want to add a NEW employee , click on Add Prepaid Licenses and Activate People. Add a new learner.
If you want to activate a previously-certified employee who is in your company list but showing as inactive, go to Add Prepaid Licenses and Activate People to purchase a new CADE Training license. Then click on Manage Associates (you should see a message you have CADE Training licenses available) You will see the entire list of your company's employees. Edit the employee, and change their Status to Active (instead of Inactive), then click on Submit.
If you want to add an employee who worked for a different company, contact the CADE support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the employee's current status is inactive in their old company, we can transfer their account to your company in an inactive state. You would just need to activate the account and update the login and email. If their CADE Training license is still active with their previous employer, you will need to create a new version of that learner and the course status will then be updated to reflect the old account.
Will the CADE system notify us when my employee’s CADE Training license expires?
Yes, 30 days prior to expiration the CADE Administrator will receive an email notification - provided the employee status in CADE is 'Active'.
Where do I go to access my CADE certification training and exams?
I logged on to CADE, but I don`t see any courses or exams.

I am a CADE Administrator; do I need to assign courses to my employees?
No, when your employees log onto the CADE, the system automatically assigns them their proper courses based on their role with your company.
How do Walmart Associates access CADE Training?
As a Walmart associate, you must have a CADE Training account, which includes a User ID and password, in order to access your training and tests. You must submit your request for access to the Walmart Health Program Coordinator in Bentonville.

Will the credit card info we used to pay our initial set up fee be stored to handle the fee for each candidate?
When you are registering your site or at a later time, you may store you credit card information in a PayPal Vault. Otherwise, you will need to enter your credit card information at the time of purchase.
Is there a report showing me the status of all my employees` CADE training license status?
Yes, log on to CADE Training using your Admin ID, click on “View Associate License Status”, then click on 'Submit'. This will produce a report showing the CADE Training license status of every worker within you office.
How do I get a copy of the Service Agreement we need to sign when registering our company to access CADE training?
With some exceptions, your employees can take their CADE Training courses on mobile devices such as iPads, Android tablets or smart phones – provided they have the latest browsers installed. For help, contact us at (844) 600-CADE.
I paid for a CADE Training license, but my employee didn`t take any courses.. Can I get a refund?
No, Learn.net does not offer refunds for un-used licenses. However, you are able to re-use an un-used license by changing its User ID, First and Last Names to a new associate's name - provided that the license was never used. That means that the original license holder never clicked on or started any one of the training courses.
Can we add offices as we grow our business and need more CADE Training?
You can add offices as well as employees as you expand your business.
