What do you mean by test score, progress, ranking, and compliance score?
Test Score: a measure of their knowledge of the material
Progress: the percentage into the program, calculated by dividing the number of answers by total number of questions available.
Ranking: comparison of results of individuals who may be at very different levels of completion, some just starting, some almost done. It takes into account how many questions have been answered, how many are available, as well as how many are answered correctly the first time.
Compliance Score: where does one stand vs. answering all questions correctly which they will eventually achieve.

(Temporary Associate) Can I take my courses on my mobile device?
You can now take the CADE Training safety courses on mobile devices such as iPads, Android tablets or smart phones – provided you have the latest browsers installed. The only 2 differences are that (1) the PDF documents mentioned in the CLEANING CHEMICALS course cannot be accessed from within the course but must be accessed from the course’s introduction page, and (2) these mobile courses play like videos which can be Paused and Bookmarked.
(Temporary Associate) What is my password?
If you have not logged onto the system the default password is normally the word password (all lower case). When you enter this, you will be prompted to enter a new password. If you have already logged into the system and created a password or if you get the message Bad Password when you enter the default password, contact the company that set you up to take the training to have them check your password.
(Temporary Associate) Do I have to complete all the courses?
You must complete all the assigned courses.
(Temporary Associate) What do I do once I complete the courses?
The company that is hiring you can run reports to view your completion status.
(Temporary Associate) Why does it say my account is inactive?
Your account is inactive because either the company that created your account had changed the status to inactive or you license has expired. You will need to contact the company that set you up to take the training to update your status.
I am an Administrator for my branch, but I cannot see any courses.
That’s correct, Administrators cannot take online courses (Admin’s are free). If an Admin wants to take a course, you should create a separate account for that Admin so s/he can take the course.
Will the credit card info we listed to pay initial set up be stored to handle the $10 for each candidate?
When you are registering your site or at a later time, you may store you credit card information in a PayPal Vault. Otherwise, you will need to enter your credit card information at the time of purchase.
Do temp workers currently doing remodel work for Wal-Mart need to take this training?
Yes, they need to complete their training in order to be compliant when they work at a Wal-Mart site. Workers who will be assigned to projects starting August 9, 2015 will need to be current on any training courses available prior to working on a project going forward.
Is there a report showing me the status of all my workers` training license status?
Yes, log on to CADE Training using your Admin ID, click on “View Associate License Status”, then click on "Submit". This will produce a report showing the license status of every worker within you branch.
Can I get billed once a month for additional Workers as we add them to our CADE site(s)?
We no longer support monthly invoices for adding new learners. You need to make a Credit Card purchase at the time of purchase to add new learners or purchase blank licenses.
When printing a Completion Report, I don`t see the images which show the completion status.
When printing, make sure that you select the "print background images/graphics" under the print options settings. Otherwise, the circles, triangles or squares that indicate a learner`s status won`t show in the printed version. There is a link on the Help page for the Completions Report outlining how to do this on various browsers.
Will OSHA 10 Courses be added to the Store Planning site?

I paid for a license, but my temporary associate didn`t show up. Can I get a refund?
No, Learn.net does not offer refunds for un-used licenses. However, you are able to re-use an un-used license by changing its User ID, First and Last Names to a new associate's name - provided that the license was never used. That means that the original license holder never clicked on or started any one of the training courses.
What web site (URL) do temporary workers go to, to take their test?
Everyone, administrators and learners (temporary workers or associates), goes to the same website:
How do I get my vendor ID?

Can we add offices as we get job orders from Walmart?
You can add offices/branches as well as temp workers as you expand your business with Wal-Mart.
Do all of our temps need this training, or only those doing remodel work?
Temp Workers need to take the training that is relevant to the job they are doing. Temp workers doing remodel work need to take the safety training courses currently offered; other temp workers, such as seasonal labor, may need to take different training courses, if offered (not right now).
